Several updates to functionality have been added in VolunteerHub. Each update in this release is listed below.
OnSite and Kiosk added to Menu
Buttons for both OnSite and Kiosk now appear in the Admin 2.0 menu.
Hours Self-Reporting Only Permitted Once Event Starts
Volunteers registered for an event which allows Self-Reporting of hours now may only report those hours once the event has begun.
Admin 2.0 Improved Deduplication
Deduplication in Admin 2.0 now features an improved detection algorithm to better present possible duplicates. Fields within the user profile which match are now displayed in bold.
Admin 2.0 User Group - Reserved Events
Within the User Group details page, the Upcoming tab has been replaced by Reserved Events. This page now contains a date selector to display past events with a reservation for this group.
Donation Pages in Events
The ability to link donation pages when either creating or editing an event now appear in Admin 2.0. The option is located at the bottom of the page. This feature is only available for those with the Volunteer Fundraising module.
Event Participation by Event (v2) report | Updated Look
The Event Participation by Event (v2) report has been added as an updated look to the (v1) report. The generation process has also been optimized to create the report even faster.
Event Participation by Event (v1) has not been altered.
