Using QR Codes for Volunteers

To check in with a QR Code, you must first be registered for an event. If you are not registered for an event please register before proceeding.

Step 1: Open the standard camera app on your phone

Step 2: Point the camera at the QR Code

You do not need to actually take a picture.

Step 3: Click the banner notification to go to VolunteerHub and sign into your account

If you have accessed the volunteer page from your phone in the past, you may already be logged in.

Step 4: You are now checked in to your event.

If your organization requires volunteers to also check out, repeat the steps above after the event.
