Questions or Problems

The fastest and most reliable way to get in touch with our entire staff is to send us a message (or email [email protected]). We generally respond within one business hour, 8am to 5pm EST Monday - Friday. 

Use this method for:

  • Technical support
  • Questions about your site
  • Requesting information or pricing on a feature
  • Questions about your bill or subscription

Emergency Support

For emergencies ONLY, you may leave us a voicemail at (877) 482-3340 ext. 3 with your name, number, site URL and a detailed description of the issue. Once the voicemail is received, a support representative will investigate the issue and follow up with you. Keep in mind, however, that non-emergency voicemails (e.g., questions about functionality) may receive a delayed response, so please send us a message for non-emergency inquiries and issues.

Use this method for:

  • Reporting that your site is down
  • Reporting a bug that inhibits you from using basic functionality required for day-to-day operations

Providing Feedback

We offer several avenues for you to provide feedback regarding your VolunteerHub experience.

  • Functionality Ideas/Suggestions: If you have ideas or suggestions to make VolunteerHub better, please submit those to our feedback site. (Must be logged in to your Support site account to submit.)
  • Support Experience: Any time you send a message to our support team, you will receive an email as soon as the ticket is closed with instructions to submit feedback regarding your support experience.
