The Hours and Event Count columns in the User Roster report represent each user's all-time total of hours and events. Therefore, the date range options when running the User Roster report do not apply to those columns.
To run a report for hours and events that took place over a specific time period, try one of the following reports:
- Event Participation by Event
- Event Participation by User
- Event Registrations
