VolunteerHub makes it easy to email an entire group of volunteers, including all volunteers in the system. You can send a mass email (or text message) to all users in a user group by following the steps below.

Step 1.

Navigate to User Groups.

Step 2.

Click on the name of the group you wish to email. To send an email to all users in the system, select the "All Users" user group.

Step 3.

Click the ellipsis (...) button in the upper-right corner and select "Email Users" from the menu that appears.

Step 4.

Write your email's subject and body using the fields provided.

Please note that emails created in and sent from the system do not allow for attachments or images.

Step 5.

Click on the Send button. 

If your site has SMS credits, you will need to click the ellipsis (...) button and select "Text Users" to send text messages.


The user(s) must be opted-in to the Notification Setting: "Send me occasional newsletters and announcements."
