Ensuring a proper time zone setting is important for events to properly display. You can change your organization's time zone via the Settings page. Organizations spanning multiple time zones may also wish to disable calendar links within confirmation emails. Setting Your Time Zone From the Settings page, click the drop-down under Time Zone and choose the correct setting. NOTE: If utilizing Kiosks for your volunteers, each Kiosk can also specify a time zone via the Kiosk Device tab on the Settings page. Disabling Calendar Link in Emails for Multi-Time-Zone Organizations Organizations have the ability to request removal of all "Click here to add an event reminder to your calendar" links from confirmation emails sent from the organization's VolunteerHub site. This adds greater scheduling consistency for national organizations with volunteer opportunities existing in multiple time zones. To request the calendar link be removed from your organization's events, please contact support.
