The Volunteer View contains a drop-down filter to allow volunteers to browse for upcoming events based on a specific category. These categories are Event Groups.

To edit which Event Groups appear in this drop-down:

  1. Navigate to the Event Groups page of the Admin view.
  2. Click the ellipsis (...) to the right of the Event Group you'd like to modify and select "Edit Event Group" from the menu that appears.
  3. Check or uncheck the Show as filter in schedule to show or hide (respectively) the event group in the drop-down appearing within the Volunteer View.
  4. Click the Save button.

Event groups that appear in the Volunteer View may be further filtered by its Landing Page settings. For example, if the Landing Page is set to show only a specific Event Group, only that Event Group and its subgroups for which you've checked the Show as filter in schedule box will appear in the Volunteer View.
