Age Restricting an Event

Events can be set to specify a minimum age for volunteers to be permitted to sign up. For this functionality to work, the site's User Form must contain a Date of Birth question with the token selected.

Setting a Minimum Age

The option to set a minimum age is the very last field when editing or creating an Event or Recurrence Template.

If this field is left blank, no restriction is added.

If the volunteer does not meet the minimum age requirement, the Event is unavailable and indicates it is 'Age Restricted.'
